This dish is steamed egg ( 蒸蛋 ) with minced pork and salted egg, sprinkled with spring onion. It is a traditional Chinese dish.

This photo is part of the "Last Supper" series, taken 4 October 2006.

yah my cousin is also a studying hotel management over there, he has also offered me to visit this country, he usually tells me about singapore . . . and that increases the curiosity of visiting that country . . .:)
i will visit that country but not sure when . . .:) then i will have foods;)
